Offsite Back-ups

Our hosting services include  a secondary offsite back-up solution to our hosting environment to insure we have backups in place that are external to our hosting environment. We also retain backups within our hosting environment. In addition we recommend our clients maintain backups to any changes they or 3rd party service providers make to their websites.

DNS Server Redundancy

Redundant DNS Servers – We have added redundant DNS servers located in two different locations to insure DNS resolution is never an issue.

E-Mail Server Redundancy

Redundant Email Servers – We have added redundant Email servers located in two different locations to insure email does not go down.

Security

Overall datacenter security is provided using multiple levels of security including camera surveillance, key card access, biometric hand scanning, and 24x7x365 on-site personnel.

Internal Network

Our hosting internal network is 100% hardware redundant, with dual load-balanced network cards in our servers, connected to dual fail-over switches at all multi-connection points within our network. The internal network is connected to the outside world via two Juniper Enterprise Internet Routers. We have NO single point of failure. Intrusion Protection Systems and enterprise firewalls are implemented, providing real-time protection to every device on our internal networks.

Maintenance & Recovery Procedures

Our web servers run virus protection software both on our web hosting environment and email systems. we takes a backup of all client databases and websites for disaster recovery purposes. In case of a system failure, your website and database will be restored from the last available backup.   Full backups are taken on weekly basis as part of our standard hosting package we also offer clients daily backups for an additional fee.  We hold backups on our server for one week and then make CD backups at the end of each week and archive the CDs. This allows us to roll your website back to a certain time period if required.
